The Daily Dose Experience is a youth-led media network out of Banjul. We make the shows, write the words, and ship the merch that reflect a Gambia we recognize — confident, plural, and competitive on any stage.

Our story
DD+ started in 2023 as a single weekly podcast recorded in a back room in Kanifing. Two years later, it's a multi-pillar platform: four flagship shows, an editorial journal, a merch line, and the seed of an academy for new Gambian creators.
We're independent. We're proudly local. And we're building infrastructure so the next generation of Gambian voices doesn't have to leave home to be heard.
